These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of www.gdsmiddleeast.com and its pages, including campaign landing pages (the “Website”). By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These Terms cover use of the Website only. They do not govern the purchase of software, training or services, which is covered by separate quotations, agreements and vendor licence terms.
The Website is operated by Generative Design Solutions Middle East FZCO (“GDSME”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a free zone company registered in the Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its registered office at Office Suite 2010, 20th Floor, SIT Tower, Dubai Silicon Oasis, PO Box 455258, Dubai, UAE.
GDSME provides engineering software, BIM and PLM consulting, and accredited training across the GCC. In Saudi Arabia, we operate through our affiliate, Generative Solutions Trading Company, Dammam.
The Website provides information about our products, training and services and lets businesses contact us. It is intended for business and professional users.
No products or services can be bought on the Website. All sales are made offline, directly with GDSME or our affiliate, under a written quotation or agreement.
The Website does not offer user accounts, logins or registration. You can browse it and contact us without creating an account.
We aim to keep product descriptions, features and prices on the Website accurate and current. However, product information is provided by or based on material from software vendors and may change without notice.
Any prices, discounts or offers shown on the Website are for information only and are not an offer to sell. Software supplied through GDSME is licensed to you by its developer, under that developer’s own end-user licence agreement.

Each promotion is subject to its own offer terms, published on or linked from the relevant campaign page, which apply in addition to these Terms. If there is a conflict, the specific offer terms apply.
The content of the Website, including text, graphics, layout and GDSME logos, is owned by or licensed to GDSME and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own business reference. You may not copy, republish or use Website content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Product names, logos and trademarks shown on the Website belong to their respective owners. SOLIDWORKS, CATIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and SIMULIA are trademarks or registered trademarks of Dassault Systèmes or its subsidiaries. PROKON, MagiCAD, AGACAD, KeyShot, V-Ray and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. Their use on the Website does not imply ownership by GDSME, and reflects our status as an authorised reseller or partner.

Dealings with our Saudi affiliate, Generative Solutions Trading Company, are governed by the terms of the relevant agreement and applicable Saudi law.
